We utilise the most up to date material and labour rates, combining these figures with appropriate waste and margin markups that will tally with current market rates. We use the latest on-screen measurement technology (Cubit Pro) combined with the tried and tested Buildsoft to ensure accuracy and reliability in compiling tenders. We are now using LiveCosts to track real-time material and labour costs on current projects. We provide a full pre-contract QS service to building contractors including measurement, pricing, tender negotiations, cost saving exercises and subcontractor tender analysis.
